The company was founded over 20 years ago. In the beginning, it only imported hibiscus and teas. Over time, the company began to expand the machine park in order to allow the purification of imported products. The next phase of development was the launching of the product crushing line. AROMA has started buying herbs and dried fruits from Polish farmers and selling products in the FIX form - ready components for the production of fruit and herbal mixtures.
The next step was to offer our customers a mixture of so-called aromatization bases, hence the company was only a small step away to launch ready-made aromatised blends. This small step proved to be a big step in the company's history. For over 5 years AROMA has been supplying its customers with ready-to-pack mixtures in various types of sachets.
We have our own high storage warehouses with an area of several thousand square meters. Several hundred tonnes of warehouse facilities allow us to maintain the price in the long-term, we do not succumb to short-term trends. Contracts with the largest spedition companies allow us to deliver products throughout Europe according to the "just in time" principle.
As part of the project carried out in 2010-2013 :"Strengthening the competitive position of the AROMA company through the construction of a modern production hall and the use of innovative technological solutions" AROMA built industrial infrastructure. The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget under the Regional Operational Program of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2007-2013, and provided technologically advanced production lines, modern production hall and laboratory, which combined with the professionalism of our employees allow AROMA to offer products characterized by the highest quality and can satisfy even the most demanding customers.
The company's policy focuses on activities related to the internal and external sphere of the organization. Crucial to our company is the respect for employees' rights, giving them a sense of security, and support building of team identity through integration activities. We believe that the only way to have satisfied customers is a well-coordinated team of employees.
External policy assumes building close and lasting relationships with suppliers of goods and services that are based on clean, free-market principles. In dealing with clients, we have been guided by the motto, one and same through out the years :
"Satisfaction of our clients is our satisfaction."
